At U Wellness Club, our team of experienced personal trainers, Pilates Reformer coaches, and qualified nutritionists work together to create a personalised training and nutrition plan tailored to your goals. We focus on making your program enjoyable, sustainable, and results-driven.

To keep you accountable and supported outside the studio, we offer ongoing online coaching and access to our custom training app. This lets you stay on track with your workouts—even when you're not training with us in person.

We also offer a range of recovery and wellness services, including infrared saunas, ice baths, breathwork workshops, nutrition seminars, strength classes, and more.

What makes U Wellness Club different from other gyms or personal trainers?

Our studio is exclusively available to clients training with a coach, so you’ll enjoy a private, comfortable, and supportive environment without the crowds of a commercial gym. This means more personalised attention and a space where you can focus on your goals with confidence.

Do I need to be fit before I start training with you?

Absolutely not! All you need is the confidence to ask for help and the willingness to work toward the goals you’ve struggled to achieve on your own. If you bring a positive mindset and stay consistent—both in the gym and outside of it—we’ll guide you to incredible results.

And if you’re already fit, we’ll help you reach even greater levels of performance, well-being, and overall health.

I’ve never worked out before—can I still join?

Yes, 100%! We work with many beginners and will guide you step-by-step through the entire process. You don’t need to be fit to start—you just need to start! Our coaches will support you with a personalised training and nutrition plan that matches your current level and helps you build confidence, strength, and results at your own pace.

Everyone starts somewhere, and we’re here to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered from day one.

How do I book in for my first session?

It’s easy as! Fill in the survey by clicking the "APPLY" button below & you'll be able to book in your first consultation call with our coaches to make sure we understand what you are looking for & we can then work with you to book in for your first session!

What types of training do you offer?

We specialise in strength training, weight loss, Pilates Reformer, boxing, conditioning, and mobility. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, leaner, or more confident, we’ll tailor your training to suit your body and goals.

Do you offer one-on-one personal training or group sessions?

Yes, we offer both! You can choose from private one-on-one coaching, small group personal training, or specific classes depending on your preferences and needs.

How much does personal training cost?

Pricing depends on your chosen package and frequency of training. We offer flexible options for one-on-one and group training.

For one on one personal training:

30min sessions start from $75 per session

45min sessions start from $99 per session

60min sessions start from $150 per session

Nutrition Support:

$150 for initial 60min consultation & a tailored nutrition plan

$55 per week for ongoing nutrition support & accountability

Do you offer payment plans or memberships?

Yes, we offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payment options, as well as ongoing memberships or short-term transformation packages. We’ll work with you to find a plan that fits.

Do you offer free trials or intro offers?

We offer a free consultation or trial session so you can experience our coaching and see if we’re the right fit for you. We also run intro programs throughout the year. Hit the "APPLY" button below and we can schedule for a free consultation with our team!

Are there any joining fees?

No joining fees. Just your commitment to showing up, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What qualifications do your coaches have?

Our team includes certified personal trainers, Pilates Reformer instructors, strength and conditioning specialists, and qualified nutrition coaches. We’re passionate, experienced, and results-focused.

Will I work with the same trainer each session?

Yes—you’ll match you with our coach who works closely with you. If you're in a group setting, you may work with a few different coaches, but all are briefed on your goals and plan.

Can I request a male or female trainer?

Of course! We want you to feel comfortable and supported, so let us know your preference and we’ll do our best to match you.

What kind of support do you offer outside of training sessions?

We provide ongoing support through our training app, online check-ins & messaging. You’re never on your own—we’re with you every step.

Do you have showers or change rooms?

Yes, we have clean, private bathrooms and changing areas for your convenience.

Do you offer recovery services like saunas or ice baths?

Yes, we offer recovery services such as infrared saunas, ice baths, breathwork sessions, and access to workshops and seminars for stress relief and recovery.

Can I bring a friend or partner to train with me?

Definitely! We offer buddy training, partner sessions, and referral incentives for bringing in someone new. Ask us how to get started together.

Is there parking available nearby?

Yes, there is free parking close to the studio. We’ll share the best parking options when you book your session.
